Our managing chef has extensive experience both in restaurants and food catering. He ran a successful Italian restaurant for 13 years and continued to expand his culinary horizons once he moved into catering for weddings and other events. Our managing chef has his Master’s in Culinary Arts. His passion is creating memorable culinary experiences that satisfy even the pickiest of guest lists, which is why he began Live Oaks Catering.
